Start with the organiser workflow
Use these guides when you are preparing an Aucly auction for a school, PTA, charity, club, or community fundraiser. The pages are arranged in the same order most organisers follow, from account setup through close-out.
- Set up your organiser account. Confirm the organisation details bidders will recognise and choose a clear Auction Hub URL.
- Create a draft auction. Add the title, description, branding, currency, and public messages before sharing anything widely.
- Add items. Build lots with useful descriptions, photos, starting bids, bid increments, and any reserve prices.
- Schedule and launch. Choose opening and closing times once you are ready to confirm the hosting option or use an available free scheduling option.
- Promote the link. Share the auction with your known community and keep reminders friendly, practical, and time-bound.
- Close out winners. Use Collect Payments to track winners, reminders, payment statuses, collection, delivery, and exports.
Aucly auctions are shared by link. They are suitable for community audiences such as parents, supporters, members, friends, families, and donors rather than public marketplace discovery.
Before you share the auction
Make one person responsible for the final review. Check the auction name, dates, terms, payment instructions, and every headline item before the first message goes out. If your team is working from a spreadsheet, make sure the auction page is the source of truth once bidding begins.
