What happens before, during and after an Aucly auction
An Aucly auction begins as a draft without opening or closing times. You can add the auction details and items before scheduling the bidding period and sharing the public link. These guides follow that sequence:
- Organisation settings: enter the organisation details shown to bidders and set the Auction Hub URL.
- Create auctions: save the title, description, optional terms and appearance as a draft.
- Manage items: add each lot's description, image, starting bid, bid increment and optional reserve price.
- Schedule and launch: confirm the available hosting option, then set when bidding opens and closes.
- Promote: share either the individual auction link or the Auction Hub link with bidders.
- Collect Payments: after bidding ends, track winners, payment states and prize collection or delivery.
Aucly does not list auctions in a public marketplace, but anyone with the link can view one.
Where to return when the auction is running
The organiser dashboard shows each auction and its current state. Open an auction there to review its items and reach the actions for sharing the link. When bidding has ended, Collect Payments becomes the place to manage winning bidders, payment records and prize handover.
