Online auctions for golf clubs and charity golf days

Run your Captain’s Charity or golf-day auction online, so members, players, guests and supporters can bid whether they’re at the event or not.

Aucly brings the prize list, bidding and winner follow-up together. Share one link or QR code, open bidding before the day and carry on running the event as usual.

For the club calendar

Make the Captain’s Charity auction part of the club year

From Captain’s Day to a charity dinner or end-of-season celebration, bring the club’s generosity together in one online auction.

Members can offer a fourball, a lesson with the club professional, clubhouse hospitality or a special club privilege. Share the auction before the event, and supporters can browse and bid even if they cannot be there on the day.

For golf-day organisers

Let more people take part in your charity golf day auction

Players and sponsors can bid at the event. Friends, colleagues and other supporters can join in from home.

Aucly takes care of prize listings, online bids and winner follow-up. Your club or event team stays in charge of the golf, hospitality and the rest of the day.

More time to take part

A golf auction that reaches beyond the clubhouse

A golf day silent auction can start well before the first tee and keep welcoming bids after players head home.

Before the day

Open bidding early

Give members and guests time to discover the lots and place a bid before the event begins.

At the clubhouse

Make phone bidding simple

Share the link ahead of time or put a QR code on event materials so players can open the auction on their phone, with no app to download.

For every supporter

Include people who cannot be there

Share the same auction link with friends, colleagues and donors who are cheering you on from elsewhere.

Proxy bidding

Let supporters set their limit

They can set a maximum and let Aucly bid automatically for them. If they’re outbid, Aucly emails them so they can decide whether to bid again.
