Good to know

Aucly works best for school, charity and community auctions where you already have supporters to invite. Create your auction, share the link when ready, and manage bidding, winners and payments online.

Clear pricing. No bidder tips. No Aucly commission.

With Aucly, the organiser pays a simple flat fee for a Standard auction. Winning bids are not reduced by Aucly commission, and bidders are not asked to add an optional platform contribution to Aucly during checkout. If you enable card payments, Stripe’s own processing fees apply; otherwise, you can collect payments offline.

Pricing models

How Aucly pricing compares

Different fundraising platforms use different pricing models. Some charge the organiser, some deduct a percentage from funds raised, and some ask supporters for optional platform contributions during checkout. Aucly keeps the model simple: a clear £40 organiser fee for Standard auctions, no Aucly commission on winning bids, and no bidder-facing contribution prompts to Aucly.

Platform Pricing model What to consider
Aucly Flat £40 per Standard auction No Aucly commission on winning bids. Use offline payments, or enable Stripe card payments where Stripe processing fees apply. Bidders are not asked to contribute to Aucly at checkout.
Jumblebee Percentage-based auction fee Public pricing currently lists 5% + VAT of total winning bids for online auctions. Optional Stripe collection may add card-processing fees. Good comparison point for percentage-based auction pricing.
PTA Events PTA platform with transaction/product fees Broader PTA/event platform rather than auction-only software. Public pricing includes different fees depending on plan and product type, including specific auction-related rates.
Givergy Free-to-organiser options funded by optional supporter contributions Public UK pricing promotes “Keep it FREE”, where supporters may be invited to contribute to Givergy at checkout. Stronger fit for larger fundraising/event setups, but organisers should consider the supporter checkout experience.
Zeffy No platform or payment fees to the organiser Zeffy is funded by optional supporter contributions during checkout. Supporters can usually adjust the contribution, including setting it to 0. Organisers should consider whether they want supporters asked to contribute to the platform during payment.

Competitor pricing checked May 2026 from public pricing/support pages. Pricing and fee structures can change, and some platforms vary pricing by plan, product type or configuration. Always check the provider’s current terms before choosing a platform.
