Follow organiser instructions
After the auction ends, the organiser will explain how to pay and how to collect or receive the items you won. Read the message carefully because payment methods can vary by organiser.
Some organisers collect payments immediately after bidding closes. Others coordinate payment alongside an event, collection day, or school office process.
Card payment links
Some organisers use Stripe card payments through Aucly. If a card payment link is available, use the link for the winning items it covers.
Only use the payment link you received through the auction or organiser communication. If you are unsure whether a link is genuine, contact the organiser before paying.
External or manual payments
Organisers may also accept bank transfer, cash, or another method outside Aucly. Follow the instructions provided and keep any payment reference requested by the organiser.
If you pay outside Aucly, the organiser may need time to mark the item as paid.
Collection and delivery
Check collection times, delivery limits, expiry dates, and any item-specific notes. If you cannot collect on time, contact the organiser as soon as possible.
For experience vouchers, tickets, or donated services, keep any confirmation details you receive after payment.
