The payment request comes from the organiser
After bidding ends, the organiser sends the amount due, the items covered and the available payment method. One request may cover a single item or several items won by the same account, so compare its item list and total with your result in My Bids before paying.
Payment timing, collection and delivery are set by the organiser. Reply using the contact route in the message if an item, total or instruction does not match what you expected.
Paying by card with Stripe
A card request opens a secure Stripe payment page for the items listed in that link. Complete the payment there; Stripe confirms it to Aucly, which updates the item to Paid via Stripe for the organiser. You do not need to use I have submitted my payment after paying through the Stripe page.
If the organiser sends a replacement card link, use the latest message because sending it invalidates earlier links that include the same items. Contact the organiser rather than entering card details if the recipient, items or total on the payment page is wrong.
Paying outside Aucly
An external payment request contains the organisation's instructions, which may ask for bank transfer, cash or another payment service. Use any payment reference shown so the organiser can match the money to the winning items. The organiser initially sees the item as Payment requested.
After making the payment, select I have submitted my payment in the request if that button is provided. This automatically changes the organiser's status to Bidder payment submitted. It tells the organiser to check for your payment; it does not tell the organiser that the money has arrived. The organiser checks their account and changes the item to Paid only after confirming receipt, so the item can remain awaiting confirmation in the meantime.
Receiving the prize
Payment and prize handover are separate. Read any collection time, delivery limit, expiry date, prize location note, fulfilment note or attachment sent by the organiser. If you cannot meet the stated arrangement, reply to the organiser before the deadline rather than marking the item yourself.
