Taking part in an Aucly auction

Aucly helps charities, schools, PTAs, clubs, and community groups run auctions online. Most bidders arrive from a link shared by the organiser through email, chat groups, social posts, printed flyers, or an event page.

Use these guides to:

  1. create or access your bidder account;
  2. place bids on items;
  3. understand proxy bidding;
  4. track your bids and results;
  5. pay for items you win and arrange collection or delivery.

Bids are commitments to pay if you win, so always check the item description, amount, and organiser instructions before confirming.

Before you bid

Read the auction description and item notes carefully. Some prizes have expiry dates, age limits, booking conditions, location limits, or collection requirements.

If something is unclear, contact the organiser before bidding rather than after the auction has closed.
