Active Bids
My Bids places auctions that are still live under Active Bids and shows Winning bid or Outbid on each item. Open an item from this section to see the current price and, while its auction is still open, select Modify Bid to set a higher maximum.
The auction's closing time still applies when My Bids is open. Refresh or revisit the item before bidding again if an outbid email has arrived, because another bidder may have changed the current price since the list was first displayed.
Items You Won and Items You Didn't Win
After Aucly processes the end of the auction, items move into Items You Won or Items You Didn't Win. This can take a short time after the displayed closing time, so refresh My Bids if an ended auction still appears under Active Bids. Further bids are not accepted after closing. A winning result is followed by the organiser's payment and collection or delivery instructions; those arrangements are managed by the organiser rather than through another bid.
If an expected bid is missing
Check that you are signed in with the same email address used when the bid was confirmed. A different account has its own My Bids list, and an amount entered in the bid window does not appear unless Place bid was selected and Aucly accepted it.
If the correct account is open but a recent bid is still absent, return to the item from the original auction link and read its current status before attempting another bid.
