Create and access your bidder account

Register, sign in, verify your email, and return to auctions from a shared link.

Create an account from an auction link

Open the auction link shared by the organiser. When you choose to bid, Aucly will ask you to sign in or create an account if you are not already logged in.

Use your own email address rather than a shared family or team inbox where possible. This helps organisers match bids, payments, and collection conversations to the right person.

Verify your email

Email verification helps protect auctions and bidders. If Aucly asks you to verify your address, check your inbox and follow the verification link before continuing.

If the email does not arrive, check spam or junk folders and make sure you entered the address correctly.

Returning to an auction

After signing in, return to the shared auction link or use your account’s bid pages to continue. If you forget your password, use the password reset flow from the login page.

If the organiser has shared more than one auction, make sure you are looking at the correct auction before bidding.

Use the right email address

Use an email address you can access during and after the auction. Organisers may use it to contact you about winning items, payment, collection, or delivery.
