Until now, many organisers using Aucly have collected payments from winning bidders manually through bank transfer, cash, or external fundraising pages. While this works well for many school PTAs and charity events, we know that offering simple card payments can make life much easier for both organisers and bidders.
That’s why we’ve added Stripe-powered card payments — giving your winners a fast, familiar, and secure way to pay for their auction items online.
Why We Chose Stripe
When choosing a payment provider, reliability and trust were essential. Many schools, PTAs, and charities already use Stripe for fundraising events, donation pages, and online payments, so it made sense to integrate with a platform that many organisers already know and trust.
Low Transaction Fees
Keeping fundraising costs low matters.
Many auction platforms charge platform commission on top of payment processing fees, meaning a larger share of your fundraising total is lost to fees.
With Aucly, we keep things simple. You can compare the current hosting options on the pricing page before scheduling your auction.
If you choose card payments, winners pay securely through Stripe using Stripe’s standard processing fees only. Aucly does not add any extra percentage, commission, or hidden payment surcharge on top.
That means more of the money raised goes directly to your school, PTA, charity, or chosen cause — not to platform fees.
For many organisers, the time saved chasing bank transfers may be worth the small processing cost.

That’s why Aucly still supports offline payment collection too, including:
